![Mamiya 645AF medium format [1999]](https://i0.wp.com/classiccameraguy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/sq20170406-112519-1921-02.jpg?resize=150%2C150)
This is one of my active cameras and takes absolutely gorgeous images. The effect it hard to describe, but its not something which even my Canon 5D III seems to be able to achieve. At one point I had a series of prime lenses for this, but found I really only used the 80/2.8 which came with it and sold off the other two lenses.
Repairs
No repairs were needed, however I did purchase some missing pieces: a dark slide, body cap, and rear lens cap.
Specifications
- Medium format 6×4.5 frame (645)
- AutoFocus (AF) model, replaced by AFD version two years later – the D version supports digital backs
- I purchased this body and lens via eBay for $789 in 2015. When new in 1999 the body alone was $3,400.
